THE PERSON BEHIND THE DANCERS
Hi, I’m Shaumik.
I’m Shaumik Mondal, the creator of Chibi Motion. I build the editor, work on its character animations, and develop the tools that turn your edits into finished videos.
Why I’m building it.
Adding a dancing character should take a few choices: pick a dancer, bring your video, and put the character where you want it. Chibi Motion gives you that workflow without setting up animation software or managing layers.
The studio also works with photos and editable PowerPoint presentations. You can preview a photo or video locally, then sign in to create the finished file.
What the guides cover.
Our video overlay guide follows the controls in the studio: dancer selection, upload, placement, timing, and downloading. It explains current limits, including repeated dance loops and the two free creation tokens.
The before-and-after examples use our own overlay edits. Some campaign reels include extra music and editing beyond the studio’s dancer overlay; the credits page identifies those sources. The editor keeps the audio already in your clip.
Try the editor.
For account and upload handling, read our privacy information. Developers can use the agent setup guide to plan a layout with Codex, Claude Code, or Grok.
